SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

All digital products ordered will be delivered immediately via email.

From Oct 1st to Jan 31st, couriers cannot guarantee shipping times and ETAs provided at checkout should only be considered a guide.

IMPORTANT: During sale events, processing times will be slightly affected. Please allow 2-3 extra days for processing.

SHIPPING SERVICES & COSTS:

Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $100.

Free USPS Priority Shipping on all US orders over $150**.

**Free Shipping Services can change at any time without previous notice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently only ship to Canada, Australia and Mexico, via DHL Worldwide Standard at a flat rate of $19.95. Free shipping applies for orders over $150.

Shipping times vary between countries, the following timeframes are approximate and should be taken as a guide only.

Canada: 6-10 business days.

Australia: 10-15 business days.

Mexico: 25-30 business days.

IMPORTANT: Please note international shipments may incur in extra customs fees, which are determined by each country's import regulations. Alpha Lion will not cover any extra costs associated with an international shipment.

ORDER TRACKING:

As soon as we process an order in our warehouse we generate a tracking number. You will be sent your tracking number via email with your shipping confirmation.

Please keep in mind, there will be a delay up to 2 business days between generation of tracking number and when the carrier registers the package in the system.

We do not guarantee duty-free clearance at your customs/point of entry, and we also do not insure against loss or seizure. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Before ordering, check with your country’s customs department to verify if the items in your order are legal for import, and, if so, if there is a limit to how much you can import per shipment (some countries get VERY expensive if total value exceeds a certain amount).

It is the customer's responsibility to check local customs rules and regulations as any orders not allowed into the destination country will not results in a refund.

If you need to make a return, please email us at [email protected], include your order number and a description of why you want to return your products.

If the reason is due to receiving a faulty product, please include a high-quality picture of the fault so we can take it back to quality control and continue to improve!

We will exchange or refund your product if it follows these conditions:

-Products were purchased directly through www.alphalion.com.
-Apparel is unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging.
-It was not a sale item. Sales are final on any promotional items sold on alphalion.com
-It is not a digital program. We do not provide refunds for any digital products unless stated on the product’s sales page.

Once received, we will verify your return and if approved, all reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase minus Shipping. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.
